How early should I book?
If you are planning on Saturday wedding in Spring or Summer. We recommend booking as early as possible. If you are looking for a weekday or offseason booking, we recommend 2 weeks + notice
Are the trolleys BYO?
Yes. You can bring you own food & alcohol
Do the trolleys have music systems?
Of course we have built in speakers. You can access the radio and or plug in your device and play your own music. The connection for the sound system is standard auxllery input
Is there a minimum booking time?
For Saturday weddings we have a minimum of 6 hour booking. For Weekday and offseason. Minimum of 4 hours.
How far can the trolley Travel?
We service approx 100 mile radius of Columbus. We can also offer wedding motor coaches if you need more distance.
What safety measures are you taking in these COVID times?
The safety and well-being of our guests, visitors, and our team members remain our highest priority. We try to ensure that all COVID protocols are strictly adhered.
What is your cancellation policy?
The policy is contained in our cover letter.
Are pets allowed on the trolley?
Yes
Can Babies ride the trolley? What about strollers?
There are no seat belts for passengers
Does the Columbus trolley run during the holidays?
Yes
What are your prices?
Pricing is based upon just two factors, time and distance. Once an itinerary is submitted, we tailor a quote to each booking.
Is there a specific travel schedule, i.e. the starting point and an ending point?
This is based solely on your itinerary.
Are there any specific points for wedding events where your trolley travels?
We can assist in planning the popular spots of wedding photography
If I book trolleys online, is my booking going to be date specific or is it good at any time?
The quote is date and itinerary specific and is not considered confirmed until a signed Agreement Page and the down payment is received.
